Welcome to Readers’ Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.
I reached the mid-point of the month at the mid-point of my exercise goals for September — 600 of 1200 minutes including 6 of 12 DVD workouts. Now, to just keep that up for the rest of the month, even though it seems to be getting busier every day!
How is your exercise going?
The weather has turned cooler and damper and I have to get back into the swing of pulling out the rain gear and get on with it since I workout outside!
I worked a lot last week and didn’t do much other than walking & strength training, housework & cooking.
