Third of a Month #ReadersWorkouts

Welcome to Readers’ Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.
I realized yesterday that the 10th is one-third of a 30-day month. That motivated me to make sure that I made it through one-third of my exercise goals. I’ve completed 400 of 1200 minutes for August. I’m ahead of my goal for 12 DVD workouts — I finished my 5th yesterday.
How is your exercise going?
That’s great that you’re on track and ahead of your goals. I can’t say the same.
Since I’ve been retired, exercising is much easier for me. I swim on MWF mornings, go to yoga on MW afternoons, and walk with a friend on TTh. My husband and I usually walk on S or S. I don’t know how many minutes that it (is that what a Fitbit does?) but I feel very happy about the exercise I’ve been getting.
