Forty Minutes a Day #ReadersWorkouts

Welcome to Readers’ Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.
I need to average 40 minutes a day this week to meet my goal of 1100 minutes in June. Ordinarily, that would be no problem at all. But, I just got a text that we’re under a heat advisory until 10:00pm on Friday night. That makes it a little tricky. I think I’ll aim for morning walks and afternoon stretches in my air-conditioned office.
How is your exercise going?
Weather! It really can interfere with life in every season. Stay cool.
I’ve been lucky just to get my steps in lately.
I forgot to post last week and this week, what the heck! All I know is I’ve been really busy, but I’ll try to remember to post next week.
