Welcome to Readers’ Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.
I’ll meet my goal of 1000 minutes for April if I exercise 30 minutes a day for the rest of the month. Easy-peasy if the weather is nice enough for walks or yard work (I’m currently hauling compost which is really good exercise!). It won’t be so easy if I’m stuck indoors like I was yesterday. We’re promised pretty good weather for the next few days, so I think it will work out.
