Move in November #ReadersWorkouts

Welcome to Readers’ Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.
My goal for November is 1200 minutes, including 15 DVD workouts. I’m ahead of schedule on the DVDs — partly because of the bad weather days that made a DVD look more fun than walking. And I’m about right on track for the minutes — partly because of the good weather days when it seemed too nice to stay indoors. We’ve been having variable weather!
How is your exercise going?
Hmm, my November is starting off pretty slow. Any tips on getting motivated on cold, gray, dreary days?
Those are the days when I’m doing DVDs. I think it really helped that I set a goal to do 15 DVDs this month. Now, when it’s cold and dreary, I think “this would be a good day to do a DVD!” Instead of, “this would be a good day to do nothing.”
My exercise is going good but my steps are slowing down since I’m back to only 3 1/2 or 4 hours of work. I could get more by walking on my treadmill but I’m not addicted to it like I used to be.
