I’ve fallen way behind on my goal to exercise 1200 minutes this month. Every time we go out for a walk, we come back in with allergy symptoms! I’m going to have to get better about doing some indoor exercises because I don’t think I’m going to get enough done if I rely on walks this month. The good news is that I haven’t missed a day yet!

I haven’t gotten as many steps as I’d like lately either.
Joy, It’s been ages since I have posted about fitness but you might enjoy hearing that I’m currently training to climb to Everest Base Camp. 76 miles in 12 days (nine active hiking days), 26,000 feet of incline (yikes).
I will try to remember to join you for a few updates over the summer.
ps: I don’t know if you know that shifted from blogging about books to travel a while ago.
