It’s January 17, do you know where your resolutions are?
I’m still maintaining my new practice of stretches or strength-training daily. Although, I’ll admit that some busy-ness and super-early spring allergies have tilted those workouts more toward stretching. I got half-way through the month with more than 600 minutes of the 1200 minutes that I want to exercise in January.
