My Streak #ReadersWorkouts

Welcome to Readers’ Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.
I won’t make my goals this month of 1300 minutes and 8 DVD workouts. But, I did keep my streak of daily exercise going. That’s the beauty of a streak. I’ll make a huge effort to get in at least of few minutes of exercise even during a busy time, just so I don’t break it.

November’s been a bust for me. I’m trying monthly goals for December to see how that works.
I won’t meet my goal of 8 tai-chi/chi-gong workouts either. I’ll just try again in December.
