Struggling #ReadersWorkouts

Welcome to Readers’ Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.
I haven’t been doing well with exercise, especially the last couple of days when I only managed short walks for exercise. There are lots of reasons, but one that I suspect is paramount — I’m not adjusting well to the change in temperature. I need to decide if I’m going to bundle up and walk in the cold or start doing DVDs. Or, and this is probably the real solution, a bit of both.

It’s the hot/humid weather I can’t take, but it doesn’t get as cold here as it does where you live. I have a home gym for when I don’t want to get out into the weather. When we move I’ll have to downsize my gym and I’m not looking forward to that.
I know you well enough to know that you’ll either reach your goal or come pretty darn close.
I have a hard time walking when it’s very cold because of all the extra clothes I need to wear. I feel like a snowman trying to take a hill, but the wind in my face is really killer. I think a bit of both for you would be good, especially as you live in a area where yu get so much cold weather and snow.
