I know a lot of folks are stressed right now and I’m not that hopeful that the stress goes away any time soon. So, this is a friendly PSA that exercise is one of the best ways to reduce stress in our lives. Take care of yourself!
I had one super-busy day when I got just a short walk in, so I’m a bit behind on my goal to reach 1300 minutes this month, but there’s lots of month yet! I’ve yet to do even one of the eight DVD workouts, but I think some yoga might be really helpful today.

Yes, exercise does reduce stress, It is also good for lowering blood pressure and the A1C of diabetics, and has so many more health benefits.
You are right! Just getting outside this time of year I find helpful. I have my rain gear so I can ride my bike outside as long as possible this winter!
