Ready for a New Month #ReadersWorkouts

Welcome to Readers’ Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.
On the last day of October, I needed to exercise for 50 minutes, including some strength-training, to meet my goals for the month. But, I ended up in an all-day meeting and didn’t exercise at all. Sigh. I did meet my goal to walk 8000 steps for at least 17 days in October — so that was good!
It’s a new month and I’m moving on! Here are my November goals:
- 1200 minutes
- 24 days with 8000 steps or more
- 8 strength-training sessions
All things feel possible!
How is your exercise going? Share on your blog and link your post below. Or tell your story in the comments. Be sure to visit the other participants for support and encouragement.
Well, you weren’t so much behind on your goal, you almost did it!
Yes, I also think that at the beginning of the month everything seems possible, so well, good luck! I’m sure you will achieve your goals this month: they are higher, but you know, we get the extra motivation that this is the month just before Christmas, and we need to do extra sessions in order to burn in advance all the calories of the festivities!
This past week was really lousy for me. But, like you said, this is a new month.
Sometime life gets in the way, but you still did an awesome job!
