Jump into June #ReadersWorkouts

Welcome to Readers’ Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.
I met all three of my goals in May:
- 21 days with at least 8000 steps
- 8 strength-training sessions
- 1300 minutes
So, I’m setting up all three to be my goals again in June. I got a good start yesterday with a 40 minute walk and 10,000 steps. What are your plans for this week and month?

Great goals for June. I am carving some out and hoping to stick to a plan. It helps me to walk in the mornings before it’s too hot & I need to make myself get up earlier!
Congrats on meeting your goals for May! For June I’m hoping to continue on with the good streak I have with tracking and hitting my daily step goal. I think I may be upping my step goal around the middle of the month.

It’s getting too hot here, Joy, so I’m trying my best to go out in the mornings and walk a little, before studying, because I’m in the exams period now.
