Readers’ Workouts — April 21

Welcome to Readers’ Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.
I’m actually slightly ahead of my monthly goals. That hardly ever happens! But it’s not an excuse to get complacent….I still want 420 minutes, 7 days of 8000 steps or more, and 2 more strength-training workouts before the end of April.
What are your plans for the ten remaining days of the month?
For Readers’ Workouts, talk about your fitness activities on your blog (feel free to grab the logo) and link to your post below or join us in the comments! Be sure to visit the other participants to see how we all did.
You are doing great! Very inspirational. I am hoping as my walking picks up I can increase the time and add more exercise routines.
I am starting up softball with my coworkers, so I’m hoping that I have a decent couple of games before the month is out! I am also hoping to do more strength work along with my half marathon training!
I’m back to my uninjured state but feeling the effects of doing less, last night’s sparring was exhausting.
This is a busy week so I’m scheduling downtime and alone time on my work calendar.
You’re doing great! I’m not walking as much as I should be. I need to get back to walking on my treadmill first thing in the morning. I have always done better when I do it that way.
I forgot to link up on Tuesday. Sorry! Sounds like you’re doing good. I skipped my long run last week which was not good. I’m scheduled for 12 miles this Sunday- I’m hoping the weather’s decent. I’d much rather run that long outside than on the treadmill.
