Going out like a lion #ReadersWorkouts

Welcome to Readers’ Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.
I’m still right on track for finishing my goals this month — I’ve done 990 of 1300 minutes of exercise, 6 of 8 strength-training sessions, and 18 of 21 days with 8000 steps or more. It’s a good thing I’m on track because we’re going to have some challenging spring weather over the next few days — rain followed by some cooler temperatures. I may need to follow some of my winter routines again.
How are you doing with your exercise goals in March?

Well done, Joy!
Hope the rain and the cold don’t last too much (here it’s been cold lately too, and it’s awful for running in the mornings… but well, we don’t have a choice, have we?)
I’m home with a sick little today so i’m hoping that maybe we can get out for a quick run now that our weather is a bit warmer. Though we’ve had a TON of rain lately! Your step count is really fantastic.
Good job! We’ve had a brief return on winter here too.
Yay! Yea this weather is being mean. I’ve been looking forward to being able to take the pugs out on walks, but it’s not quite warm enough for me to attempt.
I did up my daily step count by 250 (small increases were my plan this year) since I’ve been moving more at work.
As always, you are doing a fantastic job!
My only goal is to take a daily walk. I’m not feeling well, so I didn’t do it today. Hopefully, I’ll be back to it tomorrow.
Wow, well done! I am nowhere with my goals. . . but since I finally found a pair of sneakers to replace the worn-out pair I had to discard (they were giving me blisters), I will be able to start up again. As soon as I get over this cold, anyway! My goals are to walk 5 days a week (outside or on the treadmill at the gym) and also start learning yoga (from a DVD.) I want to increase my cardio and endurance before our summer vacation!
Preparing for summer activity is my best motivator for exercise in the spring!
