Holiday hold-ups and hopes #ReadersWorkouts

A rainy day combined with a family celebration and I didn’t get any exercise completed at all yesterday. That’s unusual for me. I’m going to make an attempt to exercise every day for the rest of the year!

Last night I got out of sparring class having got exactly one kick to the head from the senior sparring instructor. He tries for a head kick every fight, we fought lots of times, and I got away all but one. So that was good!
I’m planning to use my vacation time to see how to install a morning yoga habit. I have a 30 minute slot with my lightbox every day that could work for a short routine.
Yoga and the lightbox seem like good companions.
