Readers’ Workout — January 28 — 4 Comments

  1. Choosing indoor exercise close to work and home is really helping me achieve my 4-workouts-per-week goal. I’ve managed two weeks in a row with 2 regular workouts, one lunchtime aerobics/toning class in the office gym, and one barre class on the weekend a ten-minute walk from home. Same goal this week!

  2. Gah, the cold is killing me too! Been below zero or close to it pretty much all week, so I’ve been sticking to the treadmill. Working on running 2 miles without stopping and getting close. Then I plan to improve my pace a bit before moving up to 3 miles without stopping. Perhaps a 5k this summer if I’m up to it. 🙂 38 degrees on Saturday so maybe an outdoor run this weekend, finally!
