  1. I have really increased my exercise between Boot Camp, Cardio Kickboxing, and lots and lots of hip strengthening exercises, in addition to getting back to running! I will probably take Thanksgiving off, but will be exercising Wednesday and Friday! I posted a link about my cardio kickboxing class!

  2. I bailed on my Wednesday workout because I was sick, but last night I got an “outstanding” ffrom the lead sparring instructor, which was a first.

    Feeling a little sore today, but I earned it, so I feel good

  3. Love this idea of reading and working out together. I sometimes run while listening to books on my iPod. Since I run long distance, I go through a book a week. Cheers and happy reading, exercising, etc.
