My month got a bit busy. I’m determined to keep up with my streak of daily exercise, but my minutes have slipped a bit. I’ll have to do some catch up to get to 1400 minutes by the end of the month

I got my fitbit 250 lifetime miles badge today!
2 hours in the karate studio last night, got a lot of sparring because only 5 of us turned up for class.
Congrats on your badge! I like badges — that makes me want a fitbit more!

Just cruised past 28k and pulling out a nice pair of monsters to mess things up.
Hi, Joy–this is a great idea! Not 100% sure that my link went through properly, but we’ll see how it goes.
As for fitness: yesterday we used nothing but tubes, but my muscles definitely feel it today! Changing up routines is a great way to stay challenged.
I’ve still been slacking, but my drs. visit the other day made it plan to me that I need to stop.
Another week without my finger. I’ve regained most of the weight I lost before September. And I’m dreading the idea of how much I’m likely to gain over the holidays. I’ve already planned ways to limit the damage. And I’m still exercising. I’m just not doing everything I wish I could because I can’t hold things yet.
