Readers’ Workouts — September 24
Welcome to Readers’ Workouts, the weekly event where we share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.
I’ve kept up my streak of daily exercise — now more than two months! I’ll have to average 50 minutes a day to meet my goal of 1400 minutes of exercise in September. That’s more than I’ve been averaging recently, but certainly doable, so I plan to get it done!

How are you doing with exercise right now? Answer on your blog (feel free to grab the logo) and link to your post below or join us in the comments! Be sure to visit the other participants to see how we all did.
That’s awesome, Joy! Keep up the fantastic AND inspiring work!
My vertebrae issues seem to be healed at last. I’ve been doing 2 gym days of gentle movement a week. This week I’m starting a rather frankly titled gym class called “Burn Calories and Lose Fat.” I think it’s circuit training, and it’s every Tuesday until mid-December. I’d like to pair that with two to three gym days. I’ve also begun taking 20-45 minute walks a few nights a week. I’m aiming to be moving every day, too, no matter what kind of movement it is.
Glad you’re feeling better! The class sounds fun!
Well done. I don’t think I have the energy to do exercise every day, I just seem to pile it all in to two or three.
