I’m still on a good pace to exercise for 1400 minutes in the month of May and I’ve managed a workout that includes strength training every other day. So, I’m pleased with how this month is going. I felt constantly behind last month so it’s great to be sticking closer to the schedule this time.
How is your exercise going?
I hate feeling behind and needing to catch up. I’m glad this month is going better for you so you don’t have to feel rushed.
Glad you’re on track. I feel this week I’ve slipped due to being a lazy ass on the Weekend and just sitting down scoffing crisps! Ah well…
