Welcome to Readers’ Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.
I was motivated by the time change to do some longer workouts in the last few days. My body seems to adjust better if I have plenty of exercise which helps me get plenty of sleep. That had a nice side effect that I stand a pretty good chance of getting half-way to my goal of 1300 minutes of exercise in March at the half-way mark of the month.

I’m kind of in an exercise lull because of my broken Fitbit. I’m surprising myself with taking a break. But the weather also hasn’t been conducive to outdoor running. I have met my daughter at the gym the past two days and we have ridden stationary bikes and done the elliptical. I’m also trying to get back into weight lifting.
