I still haven’t completed a DVD workout like a promised last week. I’m putting my shortest DVD workout on my desk to lower the barrier to getting that done.
Walking is great, though. We watched a bridge get taken out and replaced in our neighborhood. One day, we walked over three times to check on the progress!

Joy, Sometimes you just have to go with the flow. This week, I got to monitor the marathon as it went past our house. Was I inspired enough to run it again though? Only time will tell.
I actually tried a YouTube cardio workout this week – it was killer.
I still haven’t done yoga or tai-chi this month. I don’t even have a good excuse. I just didn’t get it done. Sometimes that happens, but I do have two more weeks to get them done.
I am plodding along with the walking and better dietary choices!
