Readers’ Workouts April 17
Welcome to the third session of Readers’ Workouts, where those of us who think of ourselves as more bookish than athletic support and encourage each others’ exercise goals.

I’ve exercised 610 of the 1400 minutes I intend for April — so a bit behind schedule but not too far. I would need to average nearly an hour a day for the rest of the month, but I’ve had several 60 minute days already this month so that’s doable. I’m on track with my goal to do a full body workout DVD every other day.
